
Drawing on my own life and professional experiences, my coaching approach is tailored to the needs of health professionals.
We start with a free discovery call. There is no pressure and no preparation is needed. This lasts up to 25 minutes and is an opportunity for both of us to get a feel for whether coaching with me is the right fit. I encourage you to try out other coaches before committing. The most important thing is that you find someone whom you feel will best help you.
Once, and when, we agree to go ahead, we book an initial block of three sessions. The first session is a deep dive for up to 90 minutes. The second and third sessions last up to an hour each.
Sessions can be in-person or online, depending on what works best for you and where you are based.
I also offer walking coaching which many of my clients have enjoyed. They have fed back how being out in nature and moving frees up their thinking (as well as adding to the step count!).
