About me
I work as a transformational coach with Surrey Training Hub and the Joyful Doctor, and as a medical doctor with NHS Practitioner Health supporting health professionals with stress, mental ill health and burnout.
Through my own life and work experiences, and being part of a neurodivergent family myself, I have developed special interests in burnout, neurodiversity and life transitions (including career, midlife, the menopause and retirement).
I offer a safe supportive non-judgmental space alongside a person-centred holistic approach, working with you to explore and build on your strengths and values so that you can gain clarity about what really matters and move forwards with confidence and purpose.
